Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes! As long as you complete your order before 2pm Monday- Thursday.

Where is my order?

All orders placed before 2pm on working days (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day. All orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day. Please note no shipments or deliveries are made over the weekend. Orders made after the 2pm Friday & over the weekend are shipped Monday (excluding bank holidays)

I need to contact your customer service department?

Please contact us via our contact page. All enquires are answered within 48 working hours.
No enquires are answered over the evenings, weekends or bank holidays.
Please use only one method of communication otherwise this will slow the process down.

I need my dress for Saturday, what is the last day I can order? (UK mainland)

For standard delivery you would need to complete your order by Thursday before 2pm for it to be delivered Friday. We now have a Saturday Service available which you can select up until Friday 2pm! (UK mainland)

What time can I expect my delivery?

DPD deliver from 07:30 and 19:30 Monday – Friday. If you have provided us with your mobile number you will receive sms in the morning providing you with a one hour delivery window.

My order was meant to be delivered today, where is it?

You are able to track your order with your unique tracking number found in your shipment dispatch email. If you need assistance please feel free to contact us via our contact form - Please note it can take up to 24 working hours for a response. You can always contact DPD via 0845 070 2477 and quote your tracking number to speed up the process.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Do I have to send my gift box back?

If you are returning your full order we do ask you send your gift box back sufficicently wrapped. 
If you are keeping one of the items from your order, please feel free to keep the gift box. 
If you send back all your items without the gift box and charge of £3 will be deducted from your refund. 

Do I have to pay to return my item?

Yes. Please return your Miss G Couture purchase via the post office using the recorded delivery service (It's your responsibility to return the package) At this current time we do not send out pre paid labels, we are sorry for this inconvenience.

How do I return my order?

Please return your order to us via the post office using a tracked service. It is your responsibility to return your package.

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately at this current time, we are not able to process exchanges due to the quick changes in our stock levels. If you require a different size we recommend you place a new order quickly to avoid disappointment.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Of course! In the unlikely event your order is not suitable for you, you have up to 14 days to return your order from date of purchase, providing the following steps are followed: All original labels, tags & security ribbons have not been tampered with. - The items are unused with no traces of make up, fake tan or odors. - We kindly request that all footwear it tried on inside. - The item must be returned inside the provided the gift box – if this is failed to do so a £3 will be deducted from your refund. However if you have purchased more than one item please feel free to keep the gift box.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 2- 3 working days on receipt of the item. Once your refund has been processed you will be sent an email.
Please track your order to make sure parcel has reached us before contacting.
Card refunds may take up to 5-10 working days for the process to be completed depending on your bank.
Once your refund has been processed you will receive an email notifying you.

Ethical & Environment issues

Please note our entire make up collection and ingredients will never be tested on animals. None of our brushes contain animal hair.

How do I know my order has gone through?

Once your order has completed you will receive an email with your order details.

Can I amend my order?

The Miss G team work as quickly as possible to process & dispatch your orders, therefore we can’t guarantee we can amend your order. Unfortunately due to the orders being processed super quick we are unable to amend any delivery details. Please make sure your shipping address information is correct.

I have completed my order but forgot to enter my promo code, what can I do?

Unfortunately once your order has been completed we are unable to apply any promo codes.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not changed to the "Packing" stage. Unfortunately once your order has changed from "processing" to "packing" we are unable to cancel, so please ensure you review your order carefully before the checkout process.
If your order is abled to be cancelled you will be charged a back to stock fee of £1. 

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment dispatch email containing your unique tracking number. UK mainland & Ireland delivered track through https://www.dpd.co.uk/content/how-can-we-help/index.jsp You can also track your order via the DPD app!

I have received the incorrect order, what do I do?

In the unlikely event your order is incorrect please email sales@missgcouture.co.uk with your name, order details & item details. We will email you back with 1 working day of receiving your email.

My order is faulty.

In the unlikely event that your order is faulty you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, describing the issue and if possible photos so we can assess the problems.
