Returns & Exchanges


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return your purchase, you may do this at any time up to 14 days after the receipt of goods. The goods must be returned undamaged and in a resalable condition and in the original packaging.

If you are returning your purchase, it must be returned in the Miss G Couture gift box. However, if you purchased more than one item please feel free to keep the Miss G Couture gift box. 

Please return your Miss G Couture purchase via the post office using a tracked delivery service (It's your responsibility to return the package) 

If you return the items after the 14 days period, Miss G may accept them, however, this may only be refunded as an online store credit or the item maybe returned to you. 

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days on receipt of the item. However, card refunds may take up to 5-10 working days for the process to be completed. 

Your refund will be for the value of the item. £3.50 will be deducted from your original shipping as we do not cover theses costs.

The following points must be completed to ensure a refund, within the 14 days. (7 days for sale items):

  • We do not cover shipping costs back to us. 
  • Please complete the returns form enclosed within your package, identifying the reason code for returning your purchase. (It helps to improve our customer service!)
  • If you have mislaid your returns form please contact us at:- sales@missgcouture.co.uk & we will be happy to help you. (All queries are answered within 24 hours) 
  • Please ensure you return the goods, unworn, purchased as sold, with all the original packaging, tags and labels attached.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • No traces of oduors, fake tan or make up to be found on the products returned.
  • The items are in a resalable condition.
  • It usually takes up to ten working days for a refund to be processed, once your package has reached our Miss G's address. 
  • You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
  • The refund will automatically be issued to the card originally used.
Sale Items:
  • PLEASE NOTE: sale items only have 7 days to be returned to us. Your order will be returned to you if it is sent back after the allocated time period. 
  • We do not cover shipping costs back to us.


  • Miss G will offer a free exchange service, BUT, we can only exchange the item for the same item in a different colour/ size. Please indicate on the returns form what size and colour you require when requiring exchange of your purchase.
  • Miss G offers one free exchange for each item purchased.
  • Miss G can only offer exchange for customer within the UK. For interntational orders a new order will have to be created. 
  • We do not cover shipping costs back to us. 
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability. 
  • Exchange time period is 24 hours after receipt of original purchase at Miss G Couture headquarters.
